1.3 Purpose and significance
The so-called "underground comprehensive pipe gallery" refers to the integration of various pipelines such as municipal, electric power, communication, gas, water supply and drainage, and heat, to build an intensive tunnel in the underground space of urban roads. At the same time, it has a special maintenance port, lifting port and monitoring and control system. It is a comprehensive urban pipeline project.
The urban underground comprehensive corridor is equivalent to a super arterial passage in the human body. Its construction will give the city vitality from the inside out. The underground comprehensive pipe gallery can effectively avoid the appearance of zipper roads. After the completion, only the internal wiring is needed, and the road does not need to be dug again. Once a new cable is added, just insert it through the entrance.
The construction of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery also plays a role in beautifying the city. Electric poles and cable lines are no longer provided, making the city construction neat and orderly. An "electronic eye" is installed on the top of the pipe gallery for 24/7 monitoring. When a pipe network encounters a problem, the pipe gallery can use the monitoring system to find the problem as soon as possible.
The comprehensive pipe gallery is one of the important signs of modern urban infrastructure construction in the 21st century. It avoids the trouble of repeated excavation of the road due to buried or repaired pipelines. Since the pipelines do not contact the soil and groundwater, the soil-to-pipeline Corrosion has prolonged the service life of the pipeline, and it has also reserved valuable underground space for the development of the city. At the same time, it also actively responds to the requirements of "first-class planning, first-class design, first-class construction, and first-class quality". At present, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Construction both take the comprehensive pipe gallery as a new city construction, and a new technology for comprehensively arranging municipal pipelines in a comprehensive transformation of the old city, to promote construction throughout the country.

2: Overview of Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Construction in Cities at Home and Abroad
2.1 Foreign Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Construction Experience
In France, due to cholera in 1832, research at that time found that the construction of urban public health systems was essential to curb the occurrence and spread of the epidemic tadpole. Therefore, the following year, the city of Paris set out to plan the urban sewer system network. The pipeline contains five types of pipelines, including tap water (including two types of tap water for drinking water and cleaning), telecommunication cables, compressed air pipes, and traffic signal cables. This is the earliest comprehensive pipe corridor type planned and constructed in history.
